There is trailhead parking at both ends of the trail. To access the north end, take SR 110 to Spruceville Road and head south. Continue to the end of Hagar Road. To reach the south end, take York Pond Road and head south. Just past the turnoff to 14-Mile Loop Road, you'll cross the river. The trailhead on the right.
The north trailhead has a good parking area, and the trail is an upsloping gravel surface. By contrast the south entrance has minimal parking, and the trail is very overgrown, with waist high vegetation on a wet and boggy grass surface.
A few short miles from my home makes this trail an easily accessed exercise route. Currently groomed for snow machines, but rarely used, it is a quiet escape to experience the outdoors and walk the dogs.
My wife and I attempted to bike this on September 12th starting at the southern endpoint and found it to be very heavily overgrown. Not suitable for bikes, at least not for folks of our ability level.
