This is an easy fun mostly flat "ish" trail. A bit crowded more south but put a bell on your bike to warn walkers and most are great. Hint parking is easier under 400 in lot by river.
This is a good trail if you can go early in the morning before the strollers and the dog walkers get out! not enough room for side-by-side cycling with Friend. Pretty view over the water. We usually double it to give us a half decent workout.
Good for walking and leisure riding, cruddy for any kind of actual workout.
