The Lynnhaven Parkway Trail is one in a series of suburban trails in the Virginia Beach area for non-motorized use. The trail runs parallel to its namesake road between Lishell Place and Stewart Drive. You can also link to the Salem Road Trail, Rosemont Road Trail and Independence Boulevard Trail.
The Lynnhaven Parkway Trail connects suburban neighborhoods with shopping, schools and parks.
There is no official parking for the trail. Access is via local streets, schools and parks.
The Lynnhaven Parkway "Trail" is an uneven sidewalk beside Lynnhaven Parkway, not a trail. My city's cycling infrastructure is embarrassing.
There’s no trail, the crosswalk infrastructure is minimal and the buttons to cross don’t work
A way to ride and not be on the the road
My husband and I enjoyed the trail! We parked at the mall. There was a pathway with a few some elevations along the way.
