The Downtown Greenway is a paved multi-use trail winding through Greensboro, North Carolina. The trail is 4 miles long and forms a complete loop around Greensboro. There is often a landscaped buffer between the trail and Freeman Street. Leaving from Spring St., the trail heads south, passing under railroad tracks, before turning east to Martin Luther King Drive. The trail is suitable for walking, biking, jogging, dog-walking, and rollerblading and connects residential and commercial areas.
There's parking for the trail at Morehead Park (475 Spring Garden Street). You can also park on the lot at the intersection of Eugene Street and Bragg Street.
Actually 3.5 miles finished. Working on the last .5 mile. Will be a 4 mile loop around the city. Nice paved trail.
