The Campus Way Bike Path begins at the western end of Oregon State University’s campus in Corvallis. From the campus, the paved pathway takes you on a straight course west through picturesque countryside in the heart of the Willamette Valley.
Oregon has one of the largest collections of covered bridges in the country, and you'll be treated to one mid-way along the trail. The Irish Bend Covered Bridge, which spans Oak Creek, was originally constructed in 1954 in another location south of Corvallis, but moved here in 1989.
At the Benton County Fairgrounds, the trail meets the Midge Cramer Multi-Use Path, which continues west to the Bald Hill Natural Area.
Parking for the Campus Way Bike Path is available at the Benton County Fairgrounds (110 SW 53rd Street).
There is a slight downhill slope on the way towards campus so be aware if you're a newbie rollerskater.
Easy trail with good views
